Consultation and planning

WOVEN STORIES works closely with you to understand your brand, your guests, and your vision — then plans every detail from logistics to embroidery timings, so the experience runs beautifully from start to finish.

The embroidery menu

Together we develop a bespoke embroidery menu — a curated set of motifs designed to reflect your brand. Every motif is digitised using specialist embroidery software and sampled before the event, so you know exactly how the finished piece will look. Samples are also perfect for pre-event promotion.

The product

Products can be supplied by you or sourced by WOVEN STORIES — we're happy to advise on what works best for your brand, your budget, and the embroidery designs you have in mind.

On the day

WOVEN STORIES handles setup and runs the activation from start to finish. Guests choose their design, watch it stitched in real time, and leave with something made just for them.

Lead time

A minimum of two weeks is recommended — this allows time to develop and digitise the embroidery menu, source products if needed, and ensure everything is perfect before the event. Get in touch early for the best availability.
