Shipping
Every WOVEN STORIES product is personalised and handcrafted to order in our Sydney studio. Because each piece is made just for you, please allow 2 days processing time before your order is dispatched.
Standard shipping is free on orders over $100 and $10 on orders under $100. Orders are sent via Australia Post standard delivery once processing is complete.
WOVEN STORIES currently ships personalised products within Australia only. For international bespoke commission enquiries, please get in touch via our contact page.
Need it sooner?
Select Jump the Queue at checkout. Your order will be prioritised and completed within 8 hours, then dispatched via express post. Jump the Queue is $40 and includes both priority processing and express postage.
Returns and exchanges
Because every piece is personalised and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving it. We'll refund, replace, or redo it — whatever makes it right.

A note on personalisation
Your embroidery will appear exactly as typed at checkout. Please double check your text carefully before placing your order — we are unable to make changes once production has begun.
